Brett, Barrells and El Dorado are all good words to go together, like you I'm not sure they would really be friends, but interesting to see the combo

Brett gives extremely strong taste and it tries to beat the others. But the fact that the hops still feels strong is a good sign. The brewers definitely have their best.
