Notes	Is there any chance they were thinking about this view when someone put the frame there, thinking of a man standing in barely used laneway and the side of the building on a winter's afternoon looking the way few people do. If I think about it they can't have, I mean I'm reasonably sure that the frame was there before the building was, so perhaps it was meant to frame the every changing sky and now that scene has been redefined by the building, just as the song (which maybe come from before either of these buildings) foretold.
