Angel wings sculpture 🕊️

Hello friends and creators. Today I want you to repent of a powerful story with a single awakening to spiritual expression in a creative style. I have spread angelic wings with two hands, a little water and a lot of shame, because when we grow spiritually, we must be angry with shame for what we are trying to teach the universe.

This is my first attempt at making a sculpture that inspired me to challenge myself and grow beyond my creative potential. I first started with a base made up of a cardboard box and lots of tape and newspaper I prepare two kilograms of white fine modeling clay and a bucket of water.

First I start with the base of the Angel wings, like with paper and scotch tape, I glued the base of the wings onto the cardboard so they have more support One to each other And so the wings don't move while I work on them

then I make the extension of the wings as I plan to make them about 50-60 cm big and long

After the base of the wings is ready, which, as I said, is made of paper tape and newspaper, I start to strengthen it with white polymer clay in small layers, with which I have to wait for the first layer to dry well and to fix it well like with glue, and then I start to attach more clay on top in layers.

And when a large smear falls, you have to work very quickly so that the woman doesn't dry out, because once it dries, you can't work with it anymore. You have to do it while it's still wet. You have to shape the surface of the wings and the bases where the lunch molds will stand, and then little by little, you have to cover the entire box with polymer clay.

When the main wings are already made with thixol as a base and then secured and covered with white clay, we start making the small detailed wings that are in the front in the center of the wings. I put only paper on them that is made in the shape of a small wing. As you know, English wings are small and short at the beginning, but they become longer and wider as they go down.

After I'm done with the base of the absolutely whole wings, I start with the small fanny details that are made with a knife and very finely by hand I stick each wing one by one with a little water. It gets wet and attaches to the base of the box so that it can be secured. After drying, the base won't be ruined.

This project took me about two weeks, and it took me 3 kg of clay, a box, a newspaper, and some tape, and an absolutely incredible amount of nerves and patience that you need to have if you decide to make a sculpture someday, because when you want something to have some detail, you need to pay extreme attention to it.

It's good to think about the option for a stand before you start the sculpture itself because I didn't cover it very well. Since it's my first attempt, and you know, a person learns from the experience that he applies in his life as well as the spiritual. So there were actions in life that I had to think about how the sculpture would be placed because the wings are extremely fragile and delicate and you have to think about where and how they will be placed before that, so I provided them with a blanket to apply to them when they are placed somewhere on a hard surface because they can get hurt.

Like for example, with my creative thinking, I decided to just hold them in the air while they worked on them. So after I finished them, I put them on a stand in the air so they could be exhibited in galleries and not exhibitions where I want to provide my current with what I do and express my creativity.
