Teambuilding u Radegasta a s Radegastem; The Teambuilding Trip in Beskydy

Beskydská akce s kolegy se vydařila. Podnikli jsme výlet na Pustevny, k Radegastovi a na zpáteční cestě nasbírali plné kyblíky borůvek, kterými jsme večer naplnili knedlíky.

EN: Our trip to the Beskydy Mountains with colleagues turned out great. We hiked to Pustevny, stopped by Radegast, and on the way back, we picked full buckets of blueberries. In the evening, we used them to fill homemade dumplings.

Na Pustevny jsme přišli právě ve chvíli, kdy začalo pršet, tak nám zastávka v chatě Libušín přišla vhod. Dřevěná chata postavená podle návrhu architekta Jurkoviče v roce 2014 vyhořela, její věrná replika zde stojí od roku 2020. Nejenže je místo krásné na pohled, ale obsluhují zde usměvavé servírky ve stylovém valašském oděvu a pivo Radegast též dobře chutná.

EN: We arrived at Pustevny just as it started to rain, so a stop at the Libušín chalet came in handy. This wooden chalet, originally designed by the architect Jurkovič, burned down in 2014, but a faithful replica has stood here since 2020. The place isn’t just beautiful to look at—it’s also full of charm, with smiling waitresses dressed in traditional Wallachian-style clothing, and the Radegast beer tastes just as good as ever.

Po občerstvení jsme si nejdříve prohlédli pískové sochy ohrožených zvířat a potom vyrazili k soše Radegasta, u kterého jsme si opět připili malým "Radkem".  Udělat zde fotku bez turistů není úplně snadný úkol. Bůh hromu je místní celebrita a na selfíčko s ním se stojí fronta. 

EN: After our refreshment break,  we first took a look at the sand sculptures of endangered animals, and then headed toward the statue of Radegast, where we toasted once again with a little “Radek”, as a small Radegast beer is affectionately called. Taking a photo there without other tourists in the shot isn’t exactly easy. The god of thunder is a local celebrity, and there’s usually a line of people waiting to get a selfie with him.

Od Radegasta jsme na vrchol Radhošť už nepokračovali, vydali jsme se zpátky na naši základnu v Prostřední Bečvě. Cestou jsme sice dvakrát zmokli, ale kabinetní partu jsme skvěle utužili.

EN: From Radegast, we didn’t continue to the top of Radhošť. Instead, we headed back to our base camp in Prostřední Bečva. We got caught in the rain twice along the way, but the shared adventure brought our department team even closer together.
