Planet festival in Brno

Rok se s rokem sešel a na Kraví hoře znovu probíhá Festival planet. Jak už se stalo dobrým zvykem, expozici rozšířily nové objekty. Největší pozornost poutá model „Litosféra“, který názorně ukazuje, jak by Země vypadala bez vody.

EN: Another year has passed, and the Planet Festival has returned to Kraví Hora. As is now tradition, several new exhibits have joined the display. The highlight is the new model “Lithosphere,” which illustrates what Earth would look like with all the water removed.

Akci bohužel letos nepřeje počasí, i v úterý organizátoři nafoukli jen menší modely Zeměkoule, aby vítr nezničil ty větší.

Unfortunately, the weather hasn’t been kind to the event this year. Even on Tuesday, the organizers inflated only the smaller Earth models to prevent the larger ones from being damaged by the strong wind.

I tentokrát se po setmění mohou návštěvníci těšit na promítání sci-fi filmů, přičemž vstupné do letního kina je dobrovolné. 

EN: Once again, visitors can look forward to evening screenings of sci-fi films after dark. As usual, admission to the open-air cinema is voluntary.
