Hello, again. How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's the actifit report number 1289. It's also the alive and thriving report on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.
A middle-aged worker came with fatigue and weakness for the last few days. He also complained of limb cramps- a typical presentation of heat exhaustion amid summer. However, while checking his vitals, I found his BP quite high- 180/110 mmHg! He didn't check his BP in years!! I asked about his blood sugar status. According to him, he checked his blood sugar last time around 4 years ago!! I found it to be 268 mg/dl, quite high! I asked him to come for the follow-up ASAP. Regular health check-ups are quite important to find out about a disease as early as possible!
On Wednesday, I consulted 20 patients in my chamber. There was no emergency case. In the visa medical, many people came for the fitness test. I examined some of them.
At home, I walked on the treadmill for two occasions - a 15-minute walk after lunch and another 15-minute walk after dinner. I could make a total of over 13k steps on Wednesday.
