A relaxing workday | My diary on Wednesday | Alive and Thriving on Jan 31, 2024 | Actifit Report number 1082
Hi, there! Greetings! How are you? I hope that you are doing fine. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1082. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, I went for a morning walk. According to the Samsung health app, I walked for exactly 40 minutes. It was an automatic record. I cover 3.39 km in 40 minutes.
I was distracted by these flowers during the walk. These were in a roundabout.

Today there were heavy clouds in the sky the whole day but no rain

In the office, it was a pretty relaxing duty on Wednesday. Still working as the replacement doctor. I hope that it will end soon. I consulted only 23 patients in my chamber today.
In the afternoon, after lunch, my son went to the front yard to ride his bicycle. We later sat and watched the vehicles.
Okay. It's all for now. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?

Looks like a very nice walk. Beautiful flowers, where I live we have to wait a few more months before there are flowers outside.
Here we don't see flowers often. Some houses may have some flowers in the front yard. Similar flowers are seen in the some roundabouts.

Those flowers look like Petunia, though I was viewing them on Ecency, so I couldn't zoom in to be sure. So being a replacement doctor is not as enjoyable or fulfilling as the way you usually do it?
