Hello, again. Assalamu Alaikum! How are you? I hope that you are having a fantastic time. Welcome to my post. It is actifit report number 1069. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Thursday.
I skipped today's morning walk. After offering my Fajr prayer at the mosque I returned home. After talking with my patients, I fell asleep for a little over half an hour. Then I went to the clinic for the morning shift duty.

In the afternoon, I had another short nap. After Asr prayer, my kid and I went to the rooftop. We fed the pigeons.

In my clinic, I had only 23 patients today. So, it wasn't a hectic day, Alhamdulillah. I did some work from the office desktop.
Even though I didn't go for a walk, I was able to make 10k plus steps. Playing with my kid after duty helped me get the steps.
Okay. That's all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
