Hello, again. Assalamu Alaikum! How are you? I hope that you are doing well. Welcome to my actifit report number 995! It is also the Alive and Thriving report on Saturday.

On Saturday, in the Ultrasound centre, we are given a demonstration of a new organ and its scanning protocol. Hence, I reached the centre before 10 am because it was the time when the demonstration was supposed to start. However, as usual, our teacher was late. Finally, the demonstration started a little after 10:30 am. After the demonstration, we got a chance once to practice on the organ. Our organ of interest was the left kidney.

In the evening session, we had a similar topic. At first demonstration and then practice. When my turn came, he took the chance and after completing the short practice session, I left the centre and headed towards my home.

I rode on a double-decker. I took a few street photographs from the bus.

From 9 pm, I attended a Zoom online class. It ended after 11:30 pm.

Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
