Wednesday walk around the community gardens
Hello photo lovers,
I was wondering around the town of Driebergen in the Netherlands when I came across a sign of a community garden. And the gates were open so I walked in and discovered this beautiful oases.
This was an old farm and the former owners donated it to the community with the obligation that they would maintain it and kept it open for the public at all times.
The biggest part of the plot is reserved for the flower garden. they grow so many different kind of flowers here. And if they are in bloom, you can go and pluck a bouquet for home. That's not free of course because they need to keep the property running.
The red flags are locations were you can pluck all the flowers becaus ethey are going to put other types of flowers in there.
Let's sit here and have some coffee
I think that you already know were I shot all those macro photo's that I am showing to you in my previous posts.
And here are all the plants that they have grown. They are all for sale.
Community buildings have got a kitchen and places were you can organised a workshop or other types of gathering. There is also a candle maker on the property that you can visit.
And there is a little house in the forest and it looks like a fairy tail.
Thank you for reading my post. I would love to hear your feedback. And if you have time, visit my socials, website and my web-shops. Almost all of my pictures are for sale in any format ore on any kind of material. If you have special wishes, don't hesitate to message me.

that's a big place, we got community "farm" slots where you can grow your own vegetables here
They also have a huge greenhouse and vegetables garden. But I will post those puctures later. I have taken to much pictures again 🤣
Haha I do take a lot of pictures too, better a lot than a little
What a great project. I hope it will last for a long time and grow for the people.
We need more such ideas and people that maintain it.
I hope so to. But it looks very wel organised
That's the key. Idealism is not everything.
A beautiful town and exquisite and natural photos, you can breathe nature
Thank you 🙏
