Wedding on the golf course!

A befriended photographer asked me if I could take some drone footage of a wedding that she had to photograph and film! And of course I said yes!

The wedding took place at a party center next to a golf course. But I just had to film the arrival of the bride and groom and I needed to fly across the party! But when they did a quick shoot on the golf course, I saw my change and snapped a couple of shots there to!

It was almost sunset and the golden sunlight was pretty good! And that made all the shadows very long to!

My job was to take video,but as a photographer I couldn't resist to also take some pictures! I had to do that quickly because the video's were more important! So there was limited time to get a good composition so the pictures could be better!

Here we were waiting for a couple of clods to pass by, and then I saw some nice colors in the corner of my frame!

Of course I couldn't resist to take a closer look at it!

After they were done with the photo and video shoot, I still had some electric in my drone so I took it for a spin above the golf course!

I so love all those shadows! They are nice in line with the field! And the color of the grass is so cool!

A bit closer to the ground! I didn't want to get to close and disturb the people who were playing golf! Now I look at this picture, maybe I can cut of a bit of the bottom part of this picture!

I love jobs like this! Getting payed for playing around! But it also feels stressful because I just have one chance of getting the footage! And communication is key here! If that isn't good, no good footage! This because I don't want to get in frame and during the filming part I flew a lot lower around the couple! And then my drone noise was a disturbance in the communication! the couple couldn't here the commands of the photographer, she also was standing a bit away of the couple because she cant be in frame too! So it was a lot of yelling!

It was a good lesson, keep that in mind if you get a job like this!
