Sunday sunset at the Ijsselmeer lake

Hello photo lovers,

These pictures are mad around the IJsselmeer lake in the Netherlands. Some point there are breakwaters to keep the waves away from the shore line and that keeps it whole.

All along the shore line are these poles in the water. In between them, underneath the water, are fishing nets. They capture the fish who are swimming along the coast line.

I was taking long exposure pictures to get a nice smooth water service. It keeps the picture very calm.

And if the sunset colors are this goo, it is even more fun to stand outside there. I love day's like this.

This picture I took as a normal picture. Now you can see the difference between all the long exposure pictures. The different is so big. I love long exposure photography.

Yeah, this is not at the lake. This is in Petten on the north sea coast. It's a monument that remembers the village that had stood there before the water swept it in to the sea.
