Then you can consult the local production with the Blockchain Beerologist himself, @zekepickleman, I am sure he could suggest a good Pumpkin Ale. They quality (and taste) can differ a lot.

Probably he has good ones in ontario! Buy probably none of them gets to here! Canada’s provinces are very regional selling liquor… only big brands you can find everywhere! Here I find a lot from Alberta and some from BC and Saskatchewan!

Beer's no liquor, it's bread! Liquid bread.

No seriously: https://www.visitczechia.com/en-us/news/2015/05/n-beer-liquid-bread-for-czechs

Ya only recently has Ontario wised up to the rest of the provinces and made it legal for corner stores to carry beer. The Beer Store (aka Brewers Retail) has seen a merciful downscaling and the best beer is still found at the LCBO.

Speaking of Pumpkin ales, I hate pumpkin anything and only bought a couple pumpkin ales from a couple favourite breweries just so that I could hate on them in #beersaturday posts. Turns out the ones from Great Lakes Brewery and Flying Monkeys were actually delicious and not overly pumpkiny at all!
