Kassandras Journey: 2.Part magic Megaliths of Beglik Tash, Bulgaria
When to go there and go around
First time we went there was not very lucky. We arrived at a gray and wet afternoon in late fall. The antennas up on the hill were firing - and something else than just 3G-Handy waves. Getting up to the site there were already a lot of visitors, and especially one somehow spiritual group. Some meditating, some talking and teaching. They did not like us coming and we did not feel well in their presence. So we had a quick look around and went for a walk in the woods. Which was amazing! Lovely trees and rocks everywhere. Half way to the cliffs above the black sea we passed one of the several Dolmen that are spread over the Peninsula. I took a few minutes to sit inside.
Coming back to the main site the vibes were even worse, and it started to rain. So we drove back down to a parking near the beach at the peninsula's south side where we stayed over night and planned to go again next day. But in the night my partner happened to twist her ankle on a turning stone when stepping out of the Camper in the dark.
Which hurt badly and handicapped her for quite some time. Next morning i was still pondering if i go on my own, while fixing something on the blinders of the kitchen window. Somehow i managed to perforate my finger with a small size sharp screwdriver. That made very clear for us not go up to the sacred site but to leave.
But we came back few years later. We learned that there are strange people on site sometimes, but there are as well celebrations seen from the White Brotherhood. Some people asking me if i know Peter Deunov?
Arriving we stayed down at the beach again. In the evening the sea was dark gray, unsettled and angry with the wind. But next morning it was calm and when we saw dolphins swimming in the bay we knew it will be good to visit this time.
And there we had bright sunshine and a perfect friendly ambiance. Nobody else around, just we and the rocks and trees and Beings of Light. Only when we decided to leave there came two families to see.
The Big Dolmen or the Womb
Right behind the “Big Heart”, the giant Monolith standing upright, we find another one, not much smaller. This one is laying flat, with one end lifted up in the air. What is beneath you will only discover walking around the rocks to the meadow below. The rock giant is not laying on the ground, but on the tops of two other big ones, building a huge confined space, a Dolmen. All three rocks with their sheer size, the smooth surface and round elongated shape remind me on three Whales, or of the wide open mouth of one even more giant whale. Aligned to the south it is light and warm in this space. ideal to meditate, and there is even a small rock in the center to sit on.
It feels home, protected and cared for, like we might feel in the womb these 9 months before we got chucked out into this reality. After meditation turning north and going deeper into the cave, it is narrowing down more and more until you crawl on your hands just to pass the end of the channel. Squeezing through between the enormous powerful rocks i got reborn getting out again, right between the Big Heart, the Big Womb and
The Labyrinth
another part of this complex, and a whole sacred site of Initiation in itself is the so-called Labyrinth. Like the neighboring Suncircle it is mainly built with round flat megaliths, up to roughly 1,5 m thick and 4,5m in diameter, again most of them standing upright. I don't know if they are or were part of the bedrock underneath or if they were put here on the site. To most Archaeologists it is unthinkable that the partly hundreds of tons weighing megaliths were moved by Neolithic human, so they decide the rocks to be natural and here and there a bit decorated or smoothed.
The first figure are two these big round slabs holding a little one between them. Which reminds a bit of parents with a kid. Other than this child a squeezed rock, and i think especially a very hard volcanic crystalline rock like the one here, produces a continuous electromagnetic frequency. A wave like a Quartz timer, firelighter or processor. We might sense that frequency unconsciously or maybe connect to it consciously. To me it is disturbing, irritating, the sound of an unnatural compression.
Big contrast to that is the next one, which i named “Mammouth” to me. I experienced it uplifting, enforcing with the powers of nature. The biggest of these round slabs are placed one next to the other in one row like the slices of a roll. They have minimal to no distance in between them. I had to try and get in the largest of the slices, less than 25cm narrow and more than 3meters high and wide. In the middle i couldn't turn the head without scratching nose and chin on the rock surface.
Imagine a drum of 4 meters in diameter and 1m in height. Condensing the natural vibrations in the center, like the resonances of earth, the crystal sound of the stone, the whistling and howling of the winds. And now imagine several of these drums in a row, synchronizing the swinging into a standing wave. That's what i felt there in the middle. Going right through my bally, heart and lungs.
Getting out on the other side i had no time to think about and feel inside. On that side there is a kind of path between the Mammouth and the other rocks of the Labyrinth. Looking like a steep valley or even a gorge, but in human size. The sun in the West shining right along and starting to show me a firework of Light Beings. What the rocks made with Vibrations, this valley did with light, continuing to change in color and form. I leave it to you what you see and feel with it.
Now before getting out of this Labyrinth of sensations here is one little stone on the back entrance. Reminds me of a snake i had once carved from a stone. But that's not why i show it here. I think it could give a hint how these megaliths were made. It looks like molded from something soft like clay, that is a substance before getting hard and stone.
The Hand
Following the direction of this stone valley to the East you meet another impressive rock. This megalith in the shape of a hand gives shelter to sit underneath in the shade or in the dry if it rains. Is it a kind of entrance? to meditate and get in trance? It could be the beginning of this initiation path.
The sign for visitors calls it the place of the oracle.
But my story with the oracles is an extra one and has a lot to do with Perperikon, another and bigger magic sanctuary in Bulgaria.
