That sounds nice. If you want to keep more heat in during winter there are options like adding insulation. I decided to check window films https://windowtechcanada.ca/security-film/ when I was trying to reduce heat loss and they worked pretty well for my south-facing windows. They're not super expensive either compared to getting new windows. Just another option if you're looking to make your place warmer without doing a full replacement
