The more creative art of the fabric district Liverpool, more to my personal preference. Granted a lot of work goes into the abstract stuff, but it just does not compare really.
Philth, the artist above can be found across the interweb, google Phil Blake aka Philth. I now realise I have also seen his work in Digbeth.
