First Snow

Before leaving Montenegro for the winter break I took these photos in abandoned ruins in our neighborhood. Everything was shot with a Nikon D850.

On my rare visits lately on Hive - I seen these on Facebook before. If you weren't a painter, you could be a top photographer. Those b/w photos are fantastic quality!
Together with so many of your other artistic photos, maybe you should publish a book, perhaps get together with a regional poet .... just a thought.

The concept of the present overlapping with the past, in direct relation to impermanence, is beautifully captured in an almost mystical way.

Gegenwärtige Vergangenheit in direkter Verbindung zur Vergänglichkeit - wunderbar festgehalten in einer beinahe mystisch wirkenden Form.

At least the snow is warmer than in former times, thanks to the climate change!
