What are your thoughts about tackling these awkward situations that never come cheap, logical thinking is critical knowing the local laws and conditions related to moving soil.
The more you know, the smoother it goes. That's the usual rule of thumb. It is true, the bigger the problem, the more expensive the solution. !BBH

Living here a long time one reads the weather patterns and tries your best to protect oneself, early years we had water through the house on two occasions. Hubby tackled putting in proper water outlets off the property at the time.
