Hello Skate #Hive friends!... I had a great skate session with my longtime friend Kaue Figueiredo. It was one of those afternoons where everything worked out in our favor, good light, good vibes, and lots of stuff happening to capture. The session was super productive for both Kaue and me. I was able to capture a lot of cool moments during the session, but there was one photo in particular that really set the tone for me. You know that perfect moment? That was exactly it. The light was just right, the trick fit perfectly, and the scenery made it all complete.

Olá amigos Skate #Hive!... Tive uma ótima sessão de skate com meu amigo de longa data, Kaue Figueiredo. Foi uma daquelas tardes em que tudo conspira a nosso favor, boa luz, boas vibrações e muita coisa acontecendo para registrar. A sessão foi superprodutiva para mim e para o Kaue. Consegui capturar vários momentos legais durante a sessão, mas teve uma foto em particular que marcou a sessão para mim. Sabe aquele clique que acontece no momento perfeito? Foi exatamente isso. A luz bateu direitinho, a manobra encaixou perfeitamente e o cenário completou tudo.

It seems that everything in black and white is more honest. Emotion shines through strongly in certain situations. There are days when I don't even take pictures, I just walk around observing. And that's okay. Because photography isn't just about taking the picture, we have to connect with the place, with the people, with the moment. And especially with myself.

Fotografar skate é muito maneiro, gosto bastante da energia que o skate traz, das risadas que ele proporciona, da conexão entre a galera. Cada sessão tem uma vibe única, pode ser no pico mais simples ou numa pista cheia de obstáculo, o que importa é o movimento, a troca e o respeito que rola entre quem tá ali.

This is what photography represents to me: a way of feeling, of expressing myself, of collecting memories, of telling stories without words. Black and white photography teaches me to listen with my eyes. It’s about noticing the gaps, the small details that go unnoticed. It makes me see beyond the surface.

Aproveitei a inspiração desse rolê e levei essa imagem pra outro nível: transformei ela em uma arte digital. Foi uma forma de eternizar esse momento de um jeito mais criativo e pessoal, misturando a energia do rolê com meu olhar artístico.
