Hello Black and White #Hive friends!... Photographing on the street, we encounter a variety of situations: people asking, "What are you taking pictures of?"; others saying, "You can't take pictures here," as if the street had an owner. And through it all, we move on, attentive, always searching for the scene that resonates with us. It's not always easy, but that's what makes it all so real. Each shot is a choice, a fragment of a story that might otherwise go unnoticed. It's in this urban chaos, full of unexpected encounters, that street photography finds its beauty. Because more than capturing images, we're collecting experiences.
Olá amigos Preto e Branco #Hive!... Fotografar na rua a gente passa por diversas situações, gente perguntando “tá tirando foto do quê?”, outros já chegam dizendo que “não pode fotografar aqui”, como se a rua tivesse dono. E no meio disso tudo, a gente segue, atento, com o olhar sempre buscando aquela cena que faz sentido pra gente. Nem sempre é fácil, mas é isso que torna tudo mais real. Cada clique é uma escolha, um fragmento de história que poderia passar despercebido. É nesse caos urbano, cheio de imprevisos e encontros, que a fotografia de rua encontra sua beleza. Porque mais do que capturar imagens, a gente está colecionando vivências.

Even in the face of all these situations, which make for unforgettable experiences, urban fragments exposed in every scene, we remain steadfast, camera in hand and a sharp eye. Because every obstacle, every unexpected reaction, is also part of the process. Ultimately, it's this surrender to the unpredictable that transforms the simple act of photographing into a unique experience. The street is alive, pulsating, full of layers, and that's precisely what drives us to continue capturing it, day after day, scene after scene.
Mesmo diante de todas essas situações, que tornam vivências inesquecíveis, fragmentos urbanos expostos a cada cena, seguimos firmes com a câmera em mãos e o olhar afiado. Porque cada obstáculo, cada reação inesperada, também faz parte do processo. No fim, é essa entrega ao imprevisível que transforma o simples ato de fotografar em uma experiência única. A rua é viva, pulsante, cheia de camadas, e é exatamente isso que nos move a continuar registrando, dia após dia, cena após cena.

The pursuit of street photography sometimes feels like a drug to the addict; it calls, draws, making you leave the house even for no reason, just to wander aimlessly, camera ready. It's as if the alleys, the sidewalks, the exchanged glances pull you into a universe where everything can become a powerful image. You begin to see poetry in chaos, beauty in wear and tear, truth in the rawest expressions. And before you know it, you're already immersed, chasing light, framing silences, freezing time. Street photography is an addiction, a necessity, a silent dialogue between the observer and the world that insists on happening.
A parada de fotografar a rua às vezes parece como uma droga para o viciado, ela te chama, te atrai, fazendo você sair de casa mesmo sem motivo, só pra andar sem rumo, com a câmera pronta. É como se os becos, as calçadas, os olhares cruzados te puxassem pra dentro de um universo onde tudo pode virar uma imagem forte. Você começa a enxergar poesia no caos, beleza no desgaste, verdade nas expressões mais cruas. E quando percebe, já está imerso, caçando luz, enquadrando silêncios, congelando o tempo. Fotografar a rua é vício, é necessidade, é um diálogo silencioso entre quem observa e o mundo que insiste em acontecer.
