Hello Black and White #Hive friends!... Most of the scenes, the things that pass through my camera's view, I don't think twice about capturing that moment, that environment, all the scenes that the street exposes... It's as if everything screams "now!". It's the raw moment, without pose, without filter, just reality revealing itself in layers. There's something magical about it: capturing what is fleeting, what perhaps no one else has noticed. Each click is a reflection of my gaze, of my fate of saving a piece of life, of the moment that will never come back. The street moves quickly, and so does my finger.

Olá amigos Preto e Branco #Hive!... A maioria dos cenários, das coisas que passam pela visão da minha câmera, eu não penso duas vezes para registrar aquele momento, aquele ambiente, todas as cenas que a rua expõe... É como se tudo gritasse “agora!”. É o instante cru, sem pose, sem filtro, só a realidade se revelando em camadas. Tem algo de mágico nisso: capturar o que é passageiro, o que talvez ninguém mais tenha reparado. Cada clique é um reflexo do meu olhar, da minha sina de guardar um pedaço da vida, do momento que não volta. A rua se move rápido, e meu dedo também.

Everything that is looked at carefully, with good framing, often becomes a sensational record. It doesn't need a perfect setting or big productions. Sometimes, it's just a reflection in the glass, a shadow crossing the sidewalk, a distracted face in the middle of the rush. What makes the difference is the look, it's what transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Tudo que é olhado com atenção, com um bom enquadramento, se torna um registro muitas vezes sensacional. Não precisa de cenário perfeito, nem de grandes produções. Às vezes, é só um reflexo no vidro, uma sombra atravessando a calçada, um rosto distraído no meio da correria. O que faz a diferença é o olhar, é ele que transforma o comum em extraordinário.

The street never repeats a scene, and that is what fascinates me the most. It is as if it were always improvising, creating new stories at every corner. I like what is spontaneous, what was not planned. I like the texture of the walls, the rush of the people, the silence hidden in the noise. Each click is an attempt to hold back time, to immortalize that which is already passing away. And the street? The street is still alive, always changing, always surprising.

Nós, fotógrafos, registrando os momentos que a rua solta, precisamos estar atentos a cada passo, pois há cenas, momentos, situações que duram apenas um dia — ou até menos. Um gesto, um olhar cruzado, a luz certa batendo no concreto, tudo acontece rápido e, se você piscar, já era. A rua não repete cena. Por isso, andar com a câmera é como caçar instantes únicos: tem que estar presente, conectado com o ambiente, sentindo o ritmo das pessoas, o vento, o som. É nesse estado de alerta sensível que nascem os registros mais verdadeiros, aqueles que contam a cidade sem precisar de legenda.

Fotografar é libertador, uma forma de expressar o que muitas vezes não cabe em palavras. É um jeito de falar com o mundo através do olhar, de mostrar como eu vejo, sinto e interpreto cada cena. A câmera vira uma extensão de mim, ela capta não só o que está fora, mas também o que pulsa por dentro. Cada clique é um desabafo, um grito de protesto, um pedaço de mim deixado ali, naquela imagem. É através da fotografia que eu respiro, me encontro, me perco e me reconecto. É arte, é instinto, é liberdade em estado bruto.
