Sunflowers are blooming beautifully in the sunflower field.

When I saw a sunflower field while on a trip, I stopped my motorcycle and went to the sunflower field to take a picture.
Sunflower is a crop that can be grown in any season.

I also like sunflower oil as much as I like to eat roasted sunflower seeds.

နေကြာ သည် ဘယ်ရာသီမဆို စိုက်ပျိုးနိုင်သော သီးနှံတမျိုး ဖြစ်သည်။
နေကြာစေ့ ကို အပျင်းပြေ စားစရာ အဖြစ် လှော်ကာ စားသုံးကြသကဲ့သို့ နေကြာဆီအဖြစ် လည်း အသုံးပြုကြသည်။
နေကြာစေ့ နှင့် နေကြာဆီ သည် သွေးပေါင်ချိန်ကို လျော့ကျစေနိုင်ပြီး နှလုံးကျန်းမာရေးကို အ‌ထောက်အကူပြုသည်ဟု ဆိုကြပါသည်။
