📍 Old Town Sisak - Guardian of History at the confluence of three Rivers - Guardian of my City// monomad challenge

Good Monday dear Black and White people🙌📸

Last night I came across a folder with photos from 2018 that were left unedited. They seemed interesting to me for a few more posts in the Blach and White Community. It's the history of my city, far away, from the 16th century, so let's take a look together, but first

In the heart of my city of Sisak, where the Kupa, Sava and Oder rivers meet, lies the Old Town of Sisak – a proud witness to Croatia’s rich history and a symbol of the strength of a bygone era.
I took these photos with Olympus E-M10 Mark III, 40-150mm lens, I took most of them in HDR, as one of the programs in the camera itself, so it didn't need much post-processing, Black&White filter, possible cropping and straightening. I don't really like HDR and its intensity in recent years, but in black and white it's not so bad
I must also say that I took these photos from the railway bridge, which you have already had the opportunity to see, and you will see more.

It is also very interesting that this wonderful Old Town could not remain spared from industrialization over the years, could not remain surrounded by wonderful nature, but over the following centuries ended up right next to the Oil Industry.
