Good morning dear Friends and Photography Lovers

Since you really liked Marija and the bridge in Martinska Vesa Desna, here's another short post with a few more photos I found from that evening to edit.

So, let's go see Marija and The Bridge

For these few photos we waited for the cars to move from the other side of the bridge.

And now some information about the bridge, which is very photogenic and interesting for taking pictures.

The bridge connects Desna and Lijeva Martinska Ves across the Sava River. It was built and opened to traffic in 2002. The idea was to replace the river ferry, which was often unable to operate when the river was higher — the bridge provided a reliable connection, without waiting.

The bridge has one traffic lane, which is used alternately in both directions, with traffic signals. It has become a visual attraction — a nice contrast to the fertile Posavina plain and the river.

Length: ~ 178.6 meters, width ~ 4 meters.
