Nature Traveling At Sitio Linangga The Town of Manticao, Misamis Oriental
This is the Manticao river, this area gives a great part to resident's in this sitio. They usually washed, bathed, fetch water for their plants, animals and house chores and catching fishes and shrimps for their meals. Last day, they experienced a big flood and many land are been eroded due to heavy rain and floods. This river serve as the boundaries between two Barangays, the Barangay Paniangan and Barangay Poblacion. Children are having a good time playing and swimming here in this river but for now, it is very dangerous because the water is still deep. Here were I standing, serve as the short cut to all residents who went to Public Market just to buy foods and other Family needs.
I am very unlucky because I can't crossed this river because the water is very deep so I decided to take a pictues on the place where I still standing. I noticed the place that there are many kinds of trees and wild plants. Some of the trees I seen is the Germilina and Tugas tree and it grows near at the river. For me, I think this is very helpful and important so that it will keep prevent the soil from being eroded and the place will remain its beauty and relaxing.
I've been traveling on different parts of the river here in our place many times already and I seen and found out that if the place will always keep healthy, clean and cared, it will have a good, relaxing and peaceful areas. Because the river is quitely dangerous for now-a-days, there are no childrens swimming in the river and even adults. The place is very quite and peaceful and only the breeze and the splashing of water can be heard. I decided to continue my travel blog on other parts of this place.
The first place I went was very peaceful and quite but as I continued to travel on the place, I reached this road here in Manticao. Exactly 8:42 in the morning when I arrived here and the street seems so very crowded with many different kinds of vehicles either private or public. Every work days, this streets was crowded with many vehicles and this concrete road leads to Iligan And Cagayan de Oro City. I tried to wait some public vehicles to commute and it is really hard to find some Public transport vehicle.
As I kept waiting, I noticed this place that is completely bulb and cleaned up. The last time I went here, there are many trees grows near in this road and now, it completely gone. As I asked some people who lived in this place, they answered that the DPWH cut the trees so it will avoid any accidents just like falling of branches in the middle of this road and they have the authority to cut it. I felt very sad when I heard the news but on my second thought it is good to cut to avoid any accidents happen here.
Near at my location is this pedestrian lane. This is very helpful to all people who wants to crossed this road and goes to other parts of the place. They also put a baricade so it will add for the safety to all people who walks in this road. I really of the Local Government of this place because of their wonderful programs that can benefit all residents of this town. This will keep more progressive on many, many years to come.
