Our Church Divine Service this Sunday - The Humble Servant 😇🙌☝️
Hello Hivers and God Lovers!
Today is a Sunday, which means that we should praise and worship God in spirit and truth. As Christians, one of the best things we can do is to always come together to worship and praise God. This day serves as a day when we come together in unity for the Lord. I'll be posting some pictures from the Divine Service I spoke at today for today's post of mine.
It was planned for me to deliver sermons and share God's Word during the second week of every month.
We just started our Sunday Service at around 9:00 in the morning by welcoming God in a song of praise leaded by our Youth President then followed by a opining prayer and some testimonials of our members which really inspires us that proves how good and powerful our God is.
After a while, a praise and worship was followed in which this is leaded by our Worship Team. This is indeed a great time to offer praises and worship to God for He is worthy above all else. What a great opportunity and a time for us to honor, to praise and worship God in Spirit and in Truth through songs.
Now, after the praise and worship, it is now time for me to share the Word of God. Although I could say that I am not particularly good at speaking, I do believe that God is in control and that whatever I share with them will be understood because of the power of the Holy Spirit. It is indeed a great privilege for me to be used by God to share His goodness with the members of our church.
I discussed the humble servant as it relates to today's topic, emphasizing the need of having a humble heart for Christians. Some of the things I've mentioned, such as the love, life, and labor that Jesus Christ demonstrated for us to imitate, are things we may imitate and carry out with the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Everything that I've shared is not mine for I do believe that nothing is mine or nothing is ours and everything that we have is from God that is why I offer everything to Him alone.
