A Day in My Life Blog: Happy and Blessed to attend the Year End Evaluation and Thanksgiving of Municipal Cooperative Development Council as one of our Cooperative Officers! 🤗🙏😇

Aside from my activities for the Lord like feeding mission, fellowship and other events, I have been also part of group which based in our Local Government which is the Municipal Cooperative Development Council since I am a Secretary for our Cooperative in our Barangay.

Being one of the officers of our Cooperative we've been invited by the Municipal Cooperative Development Council Officers to attend the year end evaluation and thanksgiving, and it is my pleasure to be in the event.

I am happy also to share with all of you the happenings during the event but as what I am doing before I get started. I will never forget to give thanks and share my appreciation to all my supporters here in the Community most especially to the Admins and all Curators, thank you for the unending support.

Our Cooperative Chairperson message me a few days ago sharing the invitation to at least three Officers of each Cooperatives here in our town, and I am happy for our Chairperson invited me to be one to attend into the said event.

The said event seems to be very exciting as we also have an invited Resource Speaker to share his knowledge about the Cooperative most especially about legalities and requirements for the reports to be submitted next year.

The day haa finally come for our Year End Evaluation and Thanksgiving organized by Municipal Cooperative Department Council and it is said that it will be scheduled to start by 9:00 in the morning.

I went to the venue by around 8:50 in the morning and on my way to the venue, I have seen our Cooperative Chairperson, and so I let her ride on my motorcycle so we can arrive at the venue together.

As we arrive it wasn't started yet but many other Cooperative were already present together with the Municipal Cooperative Development Council Officers and also our guest Resource Speaker.

That was around 9:20 in the morning when the program was officially started. It was facilitated by the Head Officer of the said Department where he welcomed everyone who take part on this event for the benefit of each Cooperatives.

The guest Resource Speaker was now then called to share what he prepared today. He shared to all of us the basic fundamentals and what we should know for us to be updated on what to submit by next year, most especially our reports.

It is very important for us Cooperative to submit all required documents so we can continue our Cooperative's operations and businesses. It is truly a blessing for all of us to hear all of it for ut really helped us a lot. Our Resource Speaker was now then given a Certificate of Participation.

It is not only the Resource Speaker who have received a Certificate today but each Cooperative has been given a Certificate too. The certificate of participation was given to each Cooperative for taking part on this event and even for the unwavering support to the Department.

Each Cooperative was called and when our Cooperative was called, all of us three officers of our Cooperative was invited to go in front to received the said certificate and have some picture taking.

It was also happen with other Cooperatives. After we've all received the certificates, all of us Cooperative Officers where called to go in front together with the Department Officers to have our group picture taking.

We're now in the next part of the program after our Resource Speaker received his certificate, he then went back to his office as he has other work and event to attend with.

The next part of the program will the most exciting part as the Municipal Cooperative Development Council will be giving us a Christmas presents, as their way of appreciation and thanksgiving to all of us from each Cooperative.

We've received a Spaghetti package each one of us who were present, and to make it more very exciting, they've also make a raffles from other presents they prepared in which each one of us also received.

I received a Fruit Salad Package and I am very happy and thankful to all I've received. Lastly, we've also having a picture taking session with all the presents we received.

It's already noon time and it felt like we're all very hungry at the moment, and just a few minutes that foods that the Officers of the Department ordered has finally arrived.

A Year End and Thanksgiving will not be complete without any foods for us to eat together. They've prepared a lot of foods and everyone of us were very full after. After then, since we don't have any program by afternoon, we've then went back home happy and very blessed.
