A Day in My Life Blog: The Day that I Claimed My Mother's Social Pension as Senior Citizen as I am Authorized by Her and also an Update of My Nephew's Schooling! 😇🤗🙏

I am not be able to attend in some of my Ministry works at the moment, as I am now on my important ministry which is to take good care of my Mother who just recently undergo Eye Operation for her Pterygium.

She can't moved well and so I am always here to support, help and assist her until she'll be get well in God's perfect time. I am happy to be here with her always.

Now, in my blog post today I will be sharing the day where I have claimed the Senior Citizen Pension of my Mother as she can't claim it by herself. She authorized me, so I can claim it.

Aside from this, I will be sharing an update of my Nephew's schooling as he has an assignment that he immediately answered when we got home. But before I started sharing, let me thank first all my supporters here in the community. To the Admins, Curators and all commenters, thank you so much.

It was a few days ago when I read an announcement posted in the Social Media account of our Barangay. It is a Facebook post sharing that the Social Pension to all Senior Citizen will be happening today.

At that time, I immediately told my Mother so we can prepare all necessary requirements knowing that she can't go in the venue and to personally claim her pension which only needs to present her ID.

But since I am the one who will claim, we have now properly prepare all requirements most especially the Medical Certificate from the Barangay Health Center, and thank God for we have prepared all requirements immediately.

It was scheduled to start the event by around 1:00 in the afternoon but since I needed to send my Nephew first in their school around 12:50 in the afternoon, I was a bit late when I went to the venue

The venue was held at the Covered Court of the Barangay Cabalantian which is around 10 minutes of travel using my Motorcycle just for me arrived. And as I arrived, many people were already present in the venue and the processing has just started.

What I did first is to asked of what to do, and I was told to fall in line in for those who were authorized to claim and thank God for it is not too long knowing that many had already claimed.

It took me a while around 30 minutes of waiting just to verify my requirements and thank God for it was verified as all of the requirements are exact but they reminded me that I should clearly photocopied some of the requirements.

Now, the last station is to claim the money which is another time of waiting as many of the Senior Citizens were falling in line. We are now in the teller area to release the money.

I just waited for a while until only few were left in the line, so it is not too crowded when I go fall in line. It took me only around 20 minutes and just after I have signed the payroll, the money was now then given to me.

After then, I have went back home immediately and as I got home. I immediately give the money to my Mother which is a very big help for her most especially for her maintenance medicines that are not available from the last medical mission.

By around 4:00 in the afternoon, I then immediately went to the School of my Nephew as it is expected that they will be going home at that time as long as they finished their tasks.

When we finally got home, he then told me that they have an assignment given by their Teacher and he told me that he will be going to do it as early as now.

He told me that he will be going to do his assignment now so he can sleep early at night. So since it is still very early, I let her do his assignment so he can finish it early and can sleep at night early too.

He finish his assignment around 5:30 in the afternoon and at this time, I have now started cooking our dinner. I thank God for the Strength He gave to me and my whole family and all this for God's glory alone.
