A Day in My Life Blog: We Parents and Guardians Helping Each Other to Make a Fence for our Vegetable Garden at the School and Helping Each Other Cleaning Up Inside and Outside the Classroom! 😇😊🤗

As parents and guardians of the Students in the School, it is our obligation to help and support whatever activity or project the School implemented for the benefits of the Students.

That is why, when the Teacher of my Nephew asked a favor in our group about the garden that we made, to put some sticks as fence all around the plot to avoid from a damage that may cause when someone will go there. We have now then plan of what to do.

In my blog post today, this is what I am about to share. The day where we parents and guardians helped each other to make a fence to the garden that we made.

Now, before I share anything here about my blog post. Let me share my thanksgiving first to all of you my fellow supporters as this is what I always do. Thank you to all the admins, all Curators, and also to all commenters for always dropping here to support me.

On this day, after I send my Nephew in their school. The teacher messaged us in our Group Chat about the concern she wanted us to do about the Vegetable Garden that we made last week.

This will be in connection to the program that the School is implementing in connection to Nutrition Month Celebration. Even though there is no event for this, we parents and guardians are requested by the Principal to have a Garden by each Grade level.

As what the Teacher observed, some of the students from other level who sometimes went to the Garden, saw them walking alongside which caused sometimes a damage to the newly planted vegetables on it who are String Beans and Tomato.

So, the Teacher messaged and share her concern in our group Chat and think if anyone can bring a Bamboo that we can used and we should help each other so, the work can be easily done.

Since this is an immediate task for us, I have now then get one long Bamboo which can be found only here in the back of our house. I get it by my self only but thank God for it went well.

I have now then bring it in the School and some of the parents who were here immediately helped me sliced and make a stick so we can put it all around the garden.

Even though were just 5 parents and guardians here helping each other for this work, knowing that some of the parents are working and are not able to come. It is still very okay for they have a valid reason.

After we have sliced and make many sticks from the Bamboo that I've get, we have now then started putting it all around the plot of the garden. We carefully put it and make sure it is strong enough so know can damage it.

We have helped each other to do that. My partner is my cousin who we do it in the left side while the other parents and guardians, do it too in the other side.

It is good that we helped each other so we finished it immediately. Now that we finished putting up the sticks all around the garden, we have now do the next step which is adding some straw unto the sticks so it will make it more very strong and not easily be damage by anyone.

That was around 3:30 in the afternoon when we finished and after a few minutes, around 4:00 in the afternoon the class had already finished and we have also helped the teacher cleaning the classroom.

I am also happy to see that my Nephew is helping the teacher by cleaning up outside with getting all the leaves which I've also cut outside the classroom. He is indeed very good today by doing this here at the School.

While me is busy cleasing up outside, some of the parents and guardians were also very busy cleaning inside the classroom with the teacher. They have also put some Floor wax on the floor to make it cleaner.

After around 4:30 in the afternoon, we have all finished cleaning both inside and outside. It is now also time for us to go home as it seems like a rain is about to come. We then back home happy and blessed for a productive day we have today.
