A Day in My Life Blog: Thank God for the Successful First Ever Overnight Prayer for the Year 2026 held in our Church AG Camanga! 😇🙌🙏

It's almost the end of the month and it seems like we just started a new year but now, the first month is about end. Days were indeed very fast approaching.

Today, what I am about to share with all of you is the happenings during our first ever Overnight Prayer for this year 2026, in which this special event was held here in our Church.

But before I continue with my sharing, I will never ever missed to share my appreciation first and thanksgiving to all my fellow co-Hivers and supporters here in the community. Also to all the Admins snd and all Curators who keeps on supporting me until now.

One of the most important activity we always do every month is our Overnight Prayer Meeting. We have already did this since 2010 and until now. We thank God for He answered our prayers and I can testify that on my self.

We will never missed this activity we have every year for we can assure that God will answers all our prayer. I thank and praise God for this month it will be held in our Church, the first ever overnight prayer we have this year.

On the day of our Overnight Prayer, it is scheduled to start by 8:00 in the evening and I went to our Church around 7:00 in the evening so I can clean and prepare the Church before our brethren came here.

That was already around 7:50 when my Pastor and some of our brethren finally came here in the Church and waited until around 9:00 in the evening and finally we've started our program, and it was my Pastor who take over as emcee.

I was assigned to lead the Praise and Worship at this time and I thank and praise God for His presence is within us. Although I don't have enough time to practice, God still moves within us, as we sing praises and worship to Him.

Also part of our program is the sharing of life testimonies with some of the brethren who have joined this overnight prayer. We have few of our brethren who willingly shared how good God is into their lives.

In this portion of our program, many have testified how amazing and faithful God is to answer our prayers in which at this moment also, some have shared that God had answered what they requested last time.

The next part and one of the most important part of our Overnight Prayer is the Word of God. As what the Word of God said, we can't live without His Word for it is a food for our spirit.

My Pastor was the one who is assigned to share God's Word, in which what he shared today is in connection to new year. As we starts new year, we will definitely expect that God will continue blessed us and guide us as long as we still be faithful to Him.

I am very blessed to what I've heard with the Word of God that has been shared to us today, and it is a reminder also for me to be faithful to God no matter what happens.

The next part which is one of the most important part and also the reason why we're here is our prayer session. It is our chairman for our association who is assigned to lead the prayer.

We have a lot of concerns to pray and we started it with the International concerns. We need to pray for international concern knowing that what will happen internationally, the whole world will be affected.

After then, we have also prayer concerns with National, Local and our personal. We need to pray in all of this most especially our National prayer concerns as our country needs prayer because of corruption and other issues.

We do believe in prayer and we all know that God will answers all our prayer from international, national, local and even to our personal.

That was around 2:00 in the morning when we finally ended up our prayer session and that means our Overnight Prayer Meeting for the month of January will be successful done. It is our Section Presbyter was now then called for the closing prayer.

The last part will be also another exciting part for it is now time for the midnight snacks. We thank and praise God for all the foods being prepared in today's overnight prayer.

Since we also needed to sleep as we have other activities to do in the morning, we then went home and thank God dor for I got home safe snd and sound, and have a time to sleep even for just a few hours.
