A Day in My Life Blog: Our Whole Day Event | Prayer and Fasting in the Morning and Afternoon and Night Prayer at night 🙏🤗😇

In the past few days, I have been a bit very busy due to some of our Church activities in which I am one of the leaders and am expected to handle and join the said events not for me and to others but for the Lord.

I just thank God for those days when I was very busy though it was indeed very tiring God has given me strength good health, and protection.

Before I proceed, allow me to thank and greet everyone first a good day, and thank you all for the love and support.

What I am sharing here all about is the monthly event we have here in our Circuit for young people which I handled. It is a whole day event from morning until evening, and this is Prayer and Fasting in the morning until afternoon, and at night is our Night Prayer.

We didn't expect too much for young people to attend as some are students and some already have work to do, so we are here now, only a few have come.

I arrived at the Church where we would be having our prayer and fasting and as I was finally there, only two were present, so what we did is that we waited for a while expecting some young people to come and join us.

Unfortunately, nothing had come but though we were just three at the moment we still started our prayer and fasting and hoped that some would also come to join.

We started it with worship and opening prayer. I also led the praise and worship and thanked God for He has given us the opposite to praise and worship Him in Spirit and truth. After a while, we thank God for there were some young people who came to the Church though they were late but it is much better to be late than never.

Since we were late when we started our morning session, instead of two speakers we made it only one to speak and share the Words of God. One of our leaders was also assigned to share the Words of God, and he shared with us about leadership where we need to help each other to make a work for the Lord successful and well done.

By noon, we then take a break for a while and since I am not allowed to fast, I then take my lunch. They already knew my condition and I thank God for understanding it and that it was okay for them that I would take my lunch while they were on the fast.

Around 1:00 in the afternoon, we then started our afternoon session where at this point, we have two young people who will be sharing God's Word.

Here both of them are talking about our faith and trust in God most especially in His Word. We just thank God for everything we heard today about God's Word reminded us of our relationship with God and that we must be faithful and put our trust in Him alone.

At night is the last part of our event and that is our Night Prayer. We started around 7:00 in the evening. Since it is night, we expected many young people to join but again it didn't happen but still thankful to God that a few also came and joined us.

We started it by opening songs and opening prayer and some also shared their testimonies. After sharing some of the young people their testimonies we then went forward to our praise and worship and at this moment our Church worship leader led it and all of us were very blessed to worship God.

Lastly, the main part is the sharing of God's Word and this time another Youth leader from another Church didn't join the morning and afternoon sessions because she had already a job as a teacher. Here she shared with us the importance of prayewhichat that would help us to do our activities for the Lord very well. We were all very blessed by the Word of God indeed, and after that, we started our prayer.

We have done our prayers and also take our night snacks prepared by the host Church. We thank God for everything we do very well and all this happened because of God.
