A Day in My Life Blog: My Girlfriend's Father just Turned 60 Years Old - and We Have Celebrated it Successfully! To God be the Glory! 🥰🤗😇

One of the greatest blessings we always received from God is the life that we enjoy everyday of our lives. Another one is the another year that He gave to us in every time we celebrate our Birthday. This proves how loving and faithful our God is in our life, for He never stops giving us life and in all of our daily needs.

For my newest A Day in My Life blog post, I will be sharing the happenings during the 60th Birthday Celebration of my Girlfriend's Father. I was one helping the preparation and some other important part of the program.

I am very happy to involved in preparation of the much-awaited celebration, and I am happy to share the happenings here in the Community. But, as what I am always doing, I will never forget to greet a blessed and happy day to all my supporters here in the Community from the Admins, my fellow co-Hivers and most especially all Curators.

I was already informed and invited by my Girlfriend about the Birthday Celebration of her Father who is now turning 60 years old. On the day before the celebration, she already told me of what to do most especially the preparation in which I will be helping in the decorations.

Early in the morning during the Birthday Celebration, I am the told and tasks to buy the materials needed for the decoration and my girlfriend said, it should be simple but will make it wonderful. That is why, around 9:00 in the went to the Market to buy the important materials, as we need to start it early, knowing that the celebration will happening in the afternoon.

It was already around 10:00 when I finished the materials and other things that I bought then immediately went to their house in which my Girlfriend's older Sister and her Sister in Law are already waiting for me, so we can start the decorations.

As I arrived, we immediately starts the decorations as we will be doing a lot of things in and I thank God for together with me who have wonderful and lots of ideas in decorations is my girlfriend's Sister in Law. I am just her assistant knowing that this is her strength, and for me. everything that she did is very great.

By lunch, we stop for a while and have a bread for us to take our lunch and we have rested for a while before we continue by 1:00 in the afternoon. Finally after more or less 2 hours of doing the decorations with my girlfriend's Sister in Law, we have finished it and it was indeed very nice to look at.

The program will start by 4:00 in the afternoon as we have waited for other visitors to come that is why, we have called first the Birthday Celebrant to have his Photoshoot. I was called to be this Photographer at the moment, and I am glad for I was called to do this for him. He will be our king for today, and we have made a improvised crown for him. As we can see, my Girlfriend's Father is very happy while doing the Photoshoot during his Birthday.

Finally around 5:30 in the afternoon the Birthday Celebration program had started with an opening prayer then followed by the Praise and Worship which led by the celebrant's daughter. We make this moment our way of giving back all the adoration and thanksgiving to our God alone through worshipping Him in spirit and in truth.

It was now then followed by the sharing of God Word, in which I was the one asked to shared. I am glad that I was asked to share the Word of God even though I was just told in the same day, and I only have a short time to prepare. But, all praises and worship to God alone for everything went very well.

After the sharing of God's Word, the family members were then called to share some message and declarations. The siblings were first the one asked to share, then followed by the Children in which represented by the eldest daughter who is present. Lastly, wife was then called to share her message for her husband, and we have heard such a sweet and wonderful messages from all who have shared most especially the wife.

That was around 6:30 in the evening when the Birthday Celebration Program had finally finished and we thank God for it was indeed a successful celebration. We will never do all of this without the help and guidance of God for without Him we can't do all of this.

The celebration will never be complete without the picture taking session. I was now then also asked to do the picture taking first with the Birthday Celebrant with his beautiful wife then followed by the friends, and most especially the family. I was also called to join them in the picture taking, and I am very happy for I was called and consider me by the Father of my girlfriend as part of the Family already.

Since it was already night and it is also time for dinner, it is now time for the most exciting part in which everyone of us were waiting for. But before anything else, we first prayed for the foods for God has given all of this foods for all of us.

We then first called all the Kids to be the one given the food first and then followed by everyone. The foods that were prepared were indeed very delicious and all of us were very full after. The last part will be the blowing of candle in the cake, and the wish for his Birthday.
