A Day in My Life Blog: I Have Attended the Most Important Event this Month: Our Evangelism Convention held at Valencia City Bukidnon! 😊😇🙏

Just recently, I have attended one of the main event that happened in our organization in which it is mandated by the National that we needed to attend this one.

The event is all about the Evangelism Convention with the theme, EVANGELISM UPDATE. This is one of the talked about convention we have this year here in Mindanao, and I am very excited about this.

I thank God for this event that I've attended and I am blessed to share the happenings here in the community. But as always, I would like to express my thanksgiving first before I get started. Thank you so much to all my supporters most especially the Admins and all Curators.

It has been a few weeks ago when thin convention was shared to us by our District Superintendent, and encouraged everyone of us Pastors to join in this very important event.

The venue was too far from our place which is at Valencia City Bukidnon. It is approximately 5 hours of travel is needed just for us to arrived at the Venue which is at the Tabernacle of Praise Church Assembly of God.

On the day of our Convention, we needed to travel early so we can avoid traffic and also for us to arrive before 8:00 in the morning. We decided to travel very early and what we've agreed is around 3:00 in the morning.

On that night, I slept early so I can woke up by 1:00 in the morning and so I can prepare some food dor for breakfast, and will go to the highway by 2:30 in the morning. I just thank God for my young people in Church brought to our waiting area where our service will dropped us.

That was already around 3:10 in the morning when our service got arrived and our journey to the venue started. Finally after more or less 5 hours, we finally got arrived safe and sound. That was around 8:30 in the morning and the praise and worship has now already started.

It was now then followed by the lecturers this morning who is mainly talking about Evangelism and Mission. It is an important part of this convention for us to be update of what were trend right now.

What being shared is all about the traditional and modern way of Evangelism and how can we do it. As the days approaching, the ways of Evangelism is also evolving together with the people and technology that we have right now.

By noon time, we have a lunch break in which they have prepared foods for us. We thank God for they've really accommodate all of us here, from the time we arrived until now.

In the afternoon, the continuation of the lectures were happened with another lecturer. This time, he shared to us why is it sometimes Evangelism is delayed, it is because of us. That is why we need to be dedicated and faithful to what God has commanded us.

After our dinner in the evening, the most important part of this convention will be happening which is the evening rally, and we have an important guest speaker, our National Superintendent.

It started with a powerful Praise and Worship by the Host Church in which they've really did their best for us to worship God wholly and wholeheartedly.

Our guest speaker has now started his Sermon in relation to our theme, about Evangelism. It is indeed a great privilege for all of us to be here and to hear the Word of God being shared to us in which it really encourages all of us.

It is already around 9:00 in the evening when we officially concluded the evening rally, at the same time, our Evangelism Convention has now ended too. We have now then went to the Church of my Uncle where we going to sleep tonight before we go back home the next day.
