In the Philippines, we had a long weekend it started last Friday it was declared a non-working holiday, October 31 until November 2 to celebrate All Souls Day and All Saints Day. While reading your post and saw the tofu dish, I remembered the fried tofu street food, I bought while having 21-days detoxification which means I only allowed myself to eat fruits and vegetables, like a Vegetarian or Vegan diet abstaining processed food and meat. I like the vegetable dish you shared, thank you for sharing.
