I admire your patience, perseverance and determination for 9 years Bro. I'm totally opposite in 9 years I've already jump to different companies for different reasons. I could say that sometimes I regret those decisions but I most of the time I felt like each change were stepping stones to a better opportunity or greener pasture.

It all depending on your perception, how you see risk. Now that I look back, those 9 years I'm just being overly defensive and paying it safe. Had I made the decision earlier, the picture of today will be entirely different. Nevertheless, a choice is a choice. It's already made in the past and there's no "what if" worth anything more than the future we could anticipate. More importantly, the decision we make NOW that may determine our future.
