Good afternoon Hivers, I hope you are having a great day.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to support the burger master 2025, this being the first time I try a dish of this emblematic event in Bogota that takes place once a year and represents an opportunity to support those restaurants that we think are worth supporting.

As its name says, it refers to an event where burgers take center stage, looking for a group of judges to choose the burger that has been the best under their criteria, but while this happens we can taste many types of burgers that participate in this event.

This was the case of “la gringa” which is a burger that I was able to try when I saw that it was being advertised and I was on my way back home after walking Blacky.

This burger had something particular that I had not seen in other places, and that is that it had a piece of meat that resembles what in Venezuela we call “meat on a stick” and that gave a very powerful smoky touch to the flavor of the burger.

Another thing that caught my attention was the speed of the preparation, since 1 minute after paying they were giving me the burger to go, being even faster than McDonald's itself, and implying that they were prepared for a high volume of this dish.

I want to try other participating dishes because I'm sure I'll be able to taste interesting flavors in something as common as a hamburger can be during these days of the event.

Buenas tardes Hivers, espero que estén teniendo un excelente día.

Ayer tuve la oportunidad de apoyar al burguer master del 2025, siendo esta vez la primera vez que pruebo un plato de este emblemático evento en Bogotá que se hace una vez al año y que representa una oportunidad de apoyar aquellos restaurantes que pensamos que vale la pena apoyar.

Como lo dice su nombre, se refiere a un evento dondeas hamburguesas toman protagonismo, buscando que un grupo de jueces elijan aquella hamburguesa que ha sido la mejor bajo sus criterios, pero mientras esto ocurre podemos degustar muchos tipos de hamburguesas que participan en este evento.

Este fue el caso de "la gringa" que es una hamburguesa que pude probar al ver que estaba siendo publicitada y yo me encontraba de regreso a la casa luego de pasear a Blacky.

Esta hamburguesa tenía algo particular que no había visto en otros lugares, y es que tenía un pieza de carne que se asemeja mucho a lo que en Venezuela llamamos "carne en vara" y que le daba un toque ahumado muy potente al sabor de la hamburguesa.

Otra cosa que me llamó la atención fue la rapidez de la preparación, ya que 1 minuto luego de pagar me estaban dando la hamburguesa para llevar, siendo aún más rápido que el mismo McDonald's, y dando a entender que estaban preparados para un alto volumen y de este plato.

Quiero probar otros platos participantes porque estoy seguro de que podré degustar sabores interesantes en algo tan común como puede ser una hamburgue durante estos días del evento.
