Photos from the cosplay event.

Taking photos at cosplay events sometimes becomes one of my ways to alleviate boredom when I'm not shooting weddings or pre-weddings. At these events, there's a diverse crowd, especially among anime enthusiasts who eagerly anticipate them. Unlike cosplay events in big cities, the ones in my town are relatively simple yet lively. They're rare occasions, so when they happen, many participants and spectators turn up.

I've noticed there are quite a few photographers at these events trying to capture the moments of cosplayers embodying their favorite characters, including myself. I attended with my community friends, having made plans to meet up before coming here. Upon arrival, we mingled with the crowd, seeking out cosplayers we found intriguing to photograph. One of them was EL, who was cosplaying as Zoro from the anime series One Piece. Unfortunately, she didn't bring her katana.

Long story short, here are the photos captured by my camera.

The photos above are the ones I consider the best because many of the other photos had too many distractions in the background, so I converted them to black and white to reduce the distractions in the photos I produced. Here are the other photos:
