Arty Farty Ferry Shot - Day 41 - The 100 Day Project

Day 41 of The 100 Day Project found me travelling to France at the crack of dawn. The weather was atrocious yesterday and because of this many ferries were cancelled which meant there was a huge queue to get through border control which meant we missed our ferry.

Having been up since 4 a.m. I'm more than ready for bed now. We had a lovely day travelling here and am looking forward to the rest of the trip.

There's no way I've got any energy to create something before I go to bed but I took this arty farty photograph on the ferry and I think that counts. 😁

We are reflected in the ferry lounge window, along with the white cliffs of Dover. I like the contrast of the red, yellow, white and green too. The boat was moving around a lot so it's not the best focus but I'm pleased with it anyway.

Hope you all had a fun day too.

I like the contrast in the image as well, the setting is almost cartoon-like and with the reflection in the window it's like collage (or photomontage)?

Have a lovely trip!

Sorry about your delays and ferry missing, but you still sound upbeat about it and that is great.

I like your photo. Before I read your explanation, I thought it was a photo of people on the other side of a big window. Really neat that it is a reflection instead.

Hope the rest of your trip goes well.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend, and the artsy ferry shot totally counts, given time and location constraints!
