Cuando quise cambiar mi dieta, sabía que sería un reto, porque para ver los cambios físicos que me gustaría, la inversión es mayor de lo que esperaba.
When I wanted to change my diet, I knew it would be a challenge, because to see the physical changes I would like, the investment is higher than I expected.
Pero decidí no desanimarme y empezar con lo que pudiera, así que me aventuré con mi hermana a buscar algunos ingredientes o materiales necesarios para hacer mis comidas.
But, I decided not to be discouraged and start with what I can, so I ventured out with my sister to look for some ingredients or materials needed to make my meals.
Gracias a Dios conseguí la mayoría de los ingredientes, y puedo empezar con este nuevo itinerario y esperemos que todo salga bien, por el momento me despido, ¡y nos estamos leyendo amigos!
Thank God I got most of the ingredients, and I can start with this new itinerary and let's hope everything goes well, for the moment I say goodbye, and we are reading each other friends!
