Esto de tener puesta la ortodoncia ha sido todo un desafío, y aunque la odontóloga me indicó que mis dientes iban a estar sensibles y que tal vez no podría comer bien los primeros días, puedo decir con sinceridad que no estoy soportando el proceso. El no poder comer bien me ha tenido un poco de mal humor, porque obviamente me duelen los dientes y no puedo morder bien 🥲. Pero bueno, espero con ansias ese momento en el que pueda volver a la normalidad.

Having braces on has been quite a challenge, and although the dentist told me that my teeth would be sensitive and that I might not be able to eat well for the first few days, I can honestly say that I am not coping with the process. Not being able to eat well has had me in a bit of a bad mood, because obviously my teeth hurt and I can't bite well 🥲. But hey, I'm looking forward to that time when I can get back to normal.
