Many times when we have just got out of bed we feel a great laziness that induces us to want to get back to where we were, or, in the worst case, the body gets to weigh us too much, so much that it forces us to have to require a strong dose of coffee to be better; and as seen in the image of this publication, is what we will talk about below to know how it is carried out following each of its steps, so without so much presentation let's start with our content.

Muchas veces cuando apenas nos hemos levantado de la cama sentimos una gran pereza que nos induce a desear volver a donde estábamos, o, en el peor de los casos, el cuerpo nos llega a pesar demasiado, tanto que nos obliga a tener que requerir de una dosis fuerte de café para estar mejor; y tal como se ve en la imagen de esta publicación, es de lo que hablaremos a continuación para saber como se llevo a cabo siguiendo cada uno de sus pasos, así que sin tanta presentación demos inicio con nuestro contenido.

The idea of its elaboration originated when I was reviewing among the wide range of images available on Pinterest, and among so many it gets me with this one, which is based on a famous cartoon character from the first half of the twentieth century, Felix the Cat. A character who got to know him very vaguely when they broadcast his show in the morning hours on TV channels, and, on the other hand, mentions of the character's name when people of my previous generation commented on it.

La idea de su elaboración se originó cuando me encontraba revisando entre la amplia gama de imágenes disponibles en Pinterest, y entre tantas me consigue con esta, la cual está basada en un famoso personaje de las caricaturas de la primera mitad del siglo XX, el Gato Félix. Un personaje que lo llegue a conocer de manera muy vaga cuando transmitían su programa en horas matutinas en los canales de televisión, y, por otro lado, menciones del nombre del personaje cuando las personas de mi generación anterior lo comentaban.

Once the image has been selected, I went through my materials to develop the sketch, to which I took a cardboard and a 3H pencil, and then I went on to draw some geometric figures to which I was going to give a shape similar to the referential.

Ya una vez seleccionada la imagen pase a buscar entre mis materiales para desarrollar el boceto, a lo que tome una cartulina y un lápiz 3H, para pasar después a dibujar unos figuras geométricas a las que iba a dar forma semejante al referencial.

Once you have the image ready as it is as desired (similar to the reference), go on to highlight each of the lines with a fine-tipped marker. Then, remove the graphite with an eraser. And from there, I went on to fill in each of the spaces that needed to be covered with the black color.

Ya teniendo listo la imagen tal cual como se desea (semejante a la referencia) pase a remarcar cada una de las líneas con un marcador de punta fina. Seguidamente, retire el grafito con un borrar. Y de ahí, pase a rellenar cada uno de los espacios que requería ser cubierto con el color negro.

Then, I paint what have been her coat for home use (I forgot the name 😅) with different shades of blue. This was also carried out with fine-tipped markers.

Luego, pinto lo que vienen siendo su abrigo para uso de casa (se me olvidó el nombre 😅) con distintas tonalidades de azul. Esto se llevo a cabo también con marcadores de punta fina.

Peach color was used for the slippers. The cup: red for the most part, and the light areas: a mixture between pink and orange. And the smoke coming out from the rate and dark circles: gray.

Para las pantuflas se usó el color melocotón. La taza: rojo en su mayor parte, y las zonas claras: una mezcla entre rosado con naranja. Y el humo que sale desde la tasa y las ojeras: gris.

As you can see, it's a simple drawing to make just like it was colored; but that doesn't mean that it stops being fun 😉

Como verán, es un dibujo sencillo de hacer al igual que se colorado; pero no por ello no quiere decir que deja de ser divierto 😉
