La innovación es el motor del progreso y la evolución, que en medio de la sorpresa se vuelve satisfactorio y atrayente.

Hoy estuvimos presentando nuestro documental al que titulamos Julian y Snowden: Una escena global al descubierto, fue de las experiencia de lo más gratificante ver materializado en pantalla, uno de las experiencias más bonita que tuve.

Ademas, conté con la dicha de compartir con compañeros que dieron lo mejor de si y cada día crecen en innovación.

Esta estrategia fue un total avance para lo que se tenía dentro de la asignatura de Economía política, y fue el resultado de la innovación en donde la voz estudiantil fue escuchada, me parece graciosa como una simple propuesta aperturó un nuevo horizonte en la asignatura y les brinda todos esa oportunidad de demostrar un poco más del talento que llevan consigo.

Podría hablarles de lo orgullosa que me siento de que el esfuerzo realizado se haya visto traducido en un excelente resultado, pero siento sincera mi corazón se arruga un poco al pensar en todo lo que se atravesé para llegar aquí.

Esta semana mi bebe estuvo enfermo y en recuperación, y fue bastante difícil dar lo mejor de mi, adoro escribir pero cuando tu alma se encuentra en otra parte es imposible poner a funcionar mis manos y corazón.

De mis logros más preciados está demostrarme lo mucho que puedo lograr y más aún evidenciar que aunque puedo con todo sola, no tengo que hacerlo porque cuento con un excelente equipo.

Este equipo fue comprensivo y se adaptó a mi rol totalmente desconocido para ellos, lo que demuestra empatía y un corazón gigante.

Logramos sacar adelante el audiovisual, pero fue evidente que todo esto es el resultado de una amistad que floreció.

Muchos dicen que el proceso no importa solo los resultados, pero para mi cada paso en compañía tiene valor y trae esperanza, lo he dicho miles de veces y mi carrera es un sueño olvidado y ahora materializado.

Así que contar con personas tan maravillosas me lleva a creer que por más difícil que sea el transitar, no estaré perdida ya que una buena sombra me indica por donde debo seguir.

Hoy como grupo innovamos y presentamos una propuesta que se convirtió en una mirada al futuro, hoy entendimos que lo que hacemos y opinamos deja un huella y de allí que nuestra responsabilidad sea aún más evidente.

Aun me quedan millones de oportunidades para equivocarme y aún más para demostrar mi avance o progreso, pero de lo que estoy segura es que no dejaré de alzar mi voz para realizar un cambio.

Hoy presenté este documental en una compañía de lujo con personas que valen su peso en oro y que apuestan por el talento dentro de nuestra institución, que cada día crece y se desarrolla de la mejor manera.

Hoy todos podemos notar como la vida te lleva a caminos inesperados y espero en mucho tiempo estar logrando más y mejores cosas en una compañía que no es más que amistad en innovación.

Today we presented our documentary entitled Julian and Snowden: A Global Scene Uncovered. It was one of the most rewarding experiences to see it materialize on screen, one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had.

In addition, I had the pleasure of sharing with colleagues who gave their best and grow in innovation every day.

This strategy was a major step forward for the political economy course, and it was the result of innovation where the students' voices were heard. I find it funny how a simple proposal opened up a new horizon in the course and gave everyone the opportunity to show a little more of the talent they have.

I could tell you how proud I am that the effort made has translated into an excellent result, but I sincerely feel my heart sink a little when I think about everything I went through to get here.

This week my baby was sick and recovering, and it was quite difficult to give my best. I love to write, but when your soul is elsewhere, it is impossible to put my hands and heart to work.

One of my most cherished achievements is proving to myself how much I can accomplish and, even more so, showing that although I can do everything on my own, I don't have to because I have an excellent team.

This team was understanding and adapted to my role, which was completely unfamiliar to them, showing empathy and a huge heart.

We managed to get the audiovisual project off the ground, but it was clear that all of this was the result of a friendship that blossomed.

Many say that the process doesn't matter, only the results, but for me, every step taken together has value and brings hope. I've said it a thousand times, and my career is a forgotten dream that has now come true.

So, having such wonderful people around me leads me to believe that no matter how difficult the journey may be, I will not be lost because a good shadow shows me where to go.

Today, as a group, we innovated and presented a proposal that became a glimpse into the future. Today, we understood that what we do and what we say leaves a mark, and that is why our responsibility is even more evident.

I still have millions of opportunities to make mistakes and even more to demonstrate my progress, but what I am sure of is that I will not stop raising my voice to bring about change.

Today, I presented this documentary at a luxury company with people who are worth their weight in gold and who are committed to the talent within our institution, which is growing and developing in the best possible way every day.

Today, we can all see how life takes you down unexpected paths, and I hope that in the long run, I will achieve more and better things in a company that is nothing more than friendship in innovation.
