Creencias: una forma de mirar la vida en muchos sentidos [ESP-ENG]
Creo que la voluntad y la disciplina son un universo a explorar, que nace de la motivación pero solo es sustentada por la perseverancia.
Antecedentes
A veces creo que mi vida es como una telenovela con muchos desarrollos del personaje, giros inesperados y una firme creencia que puedo iniciar cada vez que lo prefiera.
Cuando era pequeña creía en el niño Jesús, y mi ilusión era que todo lo que hacia desde la buena fé tendría un resultado, esa creencia me trajo conflictos con compañeros mas escepticos, pero en medio de todo mi mamá como buena resolutiva encontraba un punto medio.
Recuerdo que me dijo que el niño Jesús existía porque Dios le daba la oportunidad de continuar en su empleo y comprar mi regalo, mi tía decia que el niño Jesús claro que existía, pues el colocaba en el destino de mi mamá el regalo predilecto que no era precisamente el que pedía en ocasiones, pero si el que necesitaba.
En ese contexto, pensaba que hacer, al final era una creencia que me daba mucha felicidad y recuerdo elegir seguir creyendo en esa ilusión, quizás eran mis ganas de no derrumbar una de mis épocas favoritas, o simplemente seguir con la convicción que todo el amor que me rodeaba tenía que ser producto de algún tipo de magia de Dios.
Crecí bajo premisas
Cuando me volví adolescente era extremadamente temerosa, eso me llevaba a la impulsividad, y en ocasiones, creía que debía mostrar mi mejor cara ante la debilidad, las creencias limitantes me sujetaban a la ansiedad y este estado se mantuvo hasta la adultez.
Dicha creencia me encasilló, y pocas veces logré afrontarla de manera correcta, recuerdo pensar que si no podía lograr algo tan simple como superar el miedo a socializar, como haría para creer en lo que era capaz de lograr, y de allí el camino se hizo más complejo.
En compañia
Actualmente tengo miles de creencias que mantienen mi fé intacta pero no me limitan o encasillan, elijo creer en Dios porque creo que más de una vez me ha demostrado su presencia, también creo en la energía, porque de ella alcanzo mis más grandes éxitos y creo en las personas que me han demostrado que podemos tener más de una familia en la vida.
De todas mis creencias creer en que la bondad y el buen compañerismo existe, es prueba evidente de que no todos nacimos para darles el esquinazo a otro, algunos nos preocupamos por dar lo mejor de nosotros y compartir ese momento con el mundo.
De mis creencias derivan mis mayores éxitos, aprendizajes y experiencias, como cuando tomé mi primera dirección de audiovisual para desafiar mis miedos y creer en mis capacidades (que aun siguen tropezando y moldeándose) pero llevan al crecimiento.
Las creencias son parte de la contextualización de lo que somos y representamos, en ellas demostramos como miramos al mundo y en ella continuamos en este viaje llamado vida.
No dejen de creer ni continuar porque solo ustedes pueden moldear lo que quieren para su vida.

Background
Sometimes I think my life is like a soap opera with many character developments, unexpected twists, and a firm belief that I can start over whenever I choose.
When I was little, I believed in the baby Jesus, and my hope was that everything I did in good faith would have a result. That belief brought me into conflict with more skeptical classmates, but in the midst of it all, my mom, being the good problem-solver that she was, found a middle ground.
I remember her telling me that baby Jesus existed because God gave her the opportunity to keep her job and buy me my gift. My aunt said that baby Jesus definitely existed because he placed my mom's favorite gift in her path, which wasn't exactly what I asked for sometimes, but it was what I needed.
In that context, I thought about what to do. In the end, it was a belief that made me very happy, and I remember choosing to continue believing in that illusion, perhaps because I didn't want to destroy one of my favorite times of the year, or simply because I wanted to continue believing that all the love that surrounded me had to be the result of some kind of magic from God.
I grew up under certain premises
When I became a teenager, I was extremely fearful, which led me to impulsiveness, and at times, I believed that I had to put on a brave face in the face of weakness. Limiting beliefs kept me in a state of anxiety, and this state continued into adulthood.
This belief pigeonholed me, and I rarely managed to deal with it correctly. I remember thinking that if I couldn't achieve something as simple as overcoming my fear of socializing, how could I believe in what I was capable of achieving? From there, the path became more complex.
In company
I currently have thousands of beliefs that keep my faith intact but do not limit or pigeonhole me. I choose to believe in God because I believe that He has shown me His presence more than once. I also believe in energy, because it is through energy that I achieve my greatest successes, and I believe in the people who have shown me that we can have more than one family in life.
Of all my beliefs, believing that kindness and good companionship exist is clear proof that not all of us were born to give others the cold shoulder. Some of us care about giving our best and sharing that moment with the world.
My greatest successes, lessons, and experiences stem from my beliefs, such as when I took on my first audiovisual project to challenge my fears and believe in my abilities (which are still stumbling and molding themselves) but lead to growth.
Beliefs are part of the context of who we are and what we represent. They show how we see the world and how we continue on this journey called life.
Don't stop believing or continuing because only you can shape what you want for your life.
