Sample of corn planting almost 3 months later in Venezuela π½π½π½
Hello dear community of gardeners, it is a pleasure for me to greet you again, wishing you many blessings and that all your crops, your plants and your gardens continue to flourish in the best way. Today I want to talk to you about a topic that has the family very excited since we are achieving new good results, thank God.
And it's been approximately three months since we planted our first corn crop. It's a vegetable used to prepare cachapas, corn flour, and various other typical dishes from the area. We've planted approximately four hectares of this vegetable, and we're seeing optimal results in the growth of the cob, which is the name given to the fruit that comes out of the corn seed.
It has been despite the fact that the time has not been long Because it's almost 3 months but it has been a time where we have fertilized, we have nicknamed where the land has been cleaned and we have been aware of any type of pests that want to come and affect the crop since right now here in Venezuela where I currently reside we are going through some dates with rainy times And while it is true that this helps us in the cultivation we must also be aware because it serves to the creation of pests and diseases if we do not take care of the plants that is why we have been on top of the pending planting at all times.
Here in the photographs that I show you we see the effective growth that the corn cob is having and it is a long green mound that at the end has like a brown foliage that are like the hairs of the corn cob this type of vegetables also grows in other types of countries and with another type of name here in Venezuela it is highly coveted since it is used to prepare what we call cachapa that is eaten with cheese and fried pigs a typical and traditional dish we are anxiously waiting to be able to collect all the corn because we plan to sell it all to be able to collect all the money that we invested here and be able to plant again so we are extremely excited these images were taken by me on the last trip that I made to the field since it is approximately two hours from the city for me to go visit the plantation.
If any of you have done this type of planting in your country and could let me know, that's great because this way we get to know each other as a community and also our work, I hope you enjoyed this photograph and what I'm sharing here.
Wow! Your corn farm looks so healthy and growing! I hope you can harvest more in the future.
Amen, my friend, God willing, so be it ππ»
