Guacharo Cave in Venezuela, a charming place😎🚗🌿

One of the most striking attractions in the Monagas State of Venezuela is undoubtedly the Guácharo Cave. A fascinating place where nature, rocks, and tiny animals combine, this place is undoubtedly one of its main attractions.

A few days ago, I visited this charming site and didn't hesitate to take some photographs to show the diversity and wildlife that exists here.

Guácharo Cave is a national park in Venezuela, located in the eastern stretch of the interior mountain range, in a mountainous area specifically between the states of Monaga and Sucre. This pass is said to cover 62,700 hectares. It was declared a National Park on May 27, 1975.

Some of the characteristics of this park are that inside lives a bird called the guácharo. It is a bird that is accustomed to living in dark places, which is why it lives inside the caves. During the day you cannot see it because they do not come out into the sunlight. They look like bats, but they are not. They simply adapt to this condition, which is why they only come out at night.

During my visit to the cave, I was able to observe the loud sound these birds make. Because while it is true that they do not sleep all day, and when I say all day I refer to the others, we are active during the day, they are inside the cave. That is why you can hear loud sounds from these types of animals while you are visiting the cave. However, at nighttime is when they come out. Well, I did not have the opportunity to observe it, but I was told that it is very attractive to see them when they leave the cave.

Here in the photographs I took, you can see how the mountain walls are rocky, cracked, and appear to be broken, but this is formed due to the humidity and the habitat preserved within the cave. I can tell you that it is absolutely impressive to see these types of natural structures, and that we as humans can visit and learn about them is truly fascinating.

Also, in the cave area, there are many benches and places where you can share time with your family. You can feel the humidity that is completely typical of humid mountainous areas, allowing you to feel like you are inside the mountains, living with the same little animals that live there.

There are many flowers and beautiful landscapes, as well as a large stream that surrounds the entire mountain. We can see this in the photographs once we enter the cave, where you can see the small bridge there.
