Between machine and filtered coffees - Academy.βπ
A couple of days ago I was at the barista academy tasting and drinking a delicious coffee.
.
.
I'm telling you that I'm receiving training in preparing these drinks, which are number one worldwide. Coffee is certainly more consumed than even water, making it an excellent option for an afternoon, morning, or even evening.
.
There are people who say they lose sleep because of so much caffeine, while others say it doesn't really affect them, but not even a little.
.
I'm particularly one of those latter types; caffeine runs through my veins and has become a part of my daily routine, proving to be a faithful companion at any time.
Let me tell you a little bit... These cold coffees you see in the photo certainly have beautiful latte art accompanied by a base of espresso, but beyond that, their recipes vary from mochaccino, vanilla latte, and cappuccino, all of which are favorites for many.
.
.
They were prepared as part of the snack at the academy. I loved them!
Not only for their flavor but for the beautiful presentation we see in the photo.
Finally, here we can see the tools I need to prepare filter coffee using the AeroPress extraction method, which is very versatile and dynamic to take anywhere.
.
.
This has been a bit of what I've been experiencing these past few days. I wanted to show it to you and share it with all of you. I hope you enjoyed it.
.
I say goodbye, with love, Gens π
