This afternoon's work has been quite laborious as we were selecting several packages to pack. Happy afternoon, my lovely coffee-loving friends and the entire community in general.
.
Today I want to share some photographs I captured while I was packing some coffee to deliver to some customers. We sell coffee wholesale and by the count to coffee shops and individuals.

On this occasion I was packaging 500g packages in what are the white packages and from there they are regularly ground and those that are in beans are packaged in a one kilogram presentation as I show here in the silver container, as you can see the packaging work also involves logistics we have to weigh the exact weight to yield and not exceed the estimated quantity of products that does not come out of a quintal of coffee.

That's why we have the presentation available for customers upon request. Here we have a scale where we coordinate each of the packages. We also have a beautiful label with coffee designs specifically in brown and yellow tones that fit the scale of our business.

Here I also want to show you some of the mills that we have available to do the job. These are with different types of grinds. The red one is a little older than the black one, but both do the same job. I would like to upload a more detailed post so you can see each one of them and how they work, but for now I can show you this photograph that I took very quickly so you can appreciate some of the machinery and tools that we use on the coffee roster.

I also wanted to tell you that there is a template here at the bottom of the table where you can see the different types of beans depending on the roasting and selection, since at this counter the coffee is selected to be packaged. Well, it is a very broad topic because this coffee drink is certainly very, very rich and we can use it at any time, but we also have to see the work that goes into a cup of coffee, from the selection, the packaging, the grinding, the roasting and everything that entails so that we can enjoy a good cup of coffee. That is why I wanted to show you these small images so that you can learn a little about the process that we carry out.
