Hey, thanks a lot for this post, it really resonates with me! You emphasize the importance of listening to your body and taking breaks to avoid burnout.

I had talked about this with @dreemsteem about 2 weeks ago, I think.

I was saying that it's something I have a lot of trouble doing. When I take breaks, I feel like I'm wasting my time. Yet, I have to face the fact: when I'm mentally or physically tired, I'm much less effective (especially when I'm mentally tired). And in those moments, it takes me a lot of time to get back on track.

But it takes a lot of strength to have the courage to take breaks without feeling guilty.

So kudos to you and keep enjoying the little pleasures of life and exploring new places to revitalize!
