Hace pocos dias se dio en Caracas Venezuela la Expolive fitness un evento que como su nombre lo indica esta dedicado a exponer marcas y actividades relacionadas al mundo de la salud y el ejercio, algo con lo que me identifico mucho ya que soy muy apasionada con este tema, me encanta entrenar , las recetas saludables sobretodo los postres !

Yo de esta Expo ya sabia desde hace algun tiempo , y fue gracias a la casualidad o al destino que participe en un concurso de instagram y me gane las entradas para ir y fui con mi hermano y un amigo. En si el evento no fue algo de otro mundo habian muchas marcas y cosas interesante , pero le faltaba dinamismo y mas atencion al detalle lo que realmente me gusto mas fue la clase de baile de Zumba esa la disfrute mucho es una dinamica que me gusta mucho y tenia ya algun tiempo que no lo hacia.
