Por primera vez fui al gym un sábado, siento que esto ya hizo que me convirtiera en una verdadera gym rat , pero bueno siempre hay que intentar cosas nuevas si queremos verdaderos cambios 😁.

I went to the gym on a Saturday for the first time. I feel like this has already turned me into a real gym rat, but hey, you always have to try new things if you want real change.
